Building a foundation for the ABC’s of education!

The OTC Child Care and Development Center exists so that parents can continue their education while having affordable, quality child care available on campus. Priority is given to children of OTC students; however, the Center is open to the general public.

The OTC Child Care and Development Center is the “whole child.” Children are provided opportunities to develop socially, emotionally, intellectually, and physically through play. Children are encouraged to develop the desire to learn and continue learning by actively engaging in interactions with materials, peers, and adults.

Enrollment
The OTC Child Enrichment Center is open from 7 a.m. – 6 p.m. Monday through Friday. Parents wishing to enroll their children should come by the Center to tour the facility and to complete a registration packet for each child.
