Okefenokee Technical College President Dr. Gail Thaxton (right) welcomed Representative Mark Hatfield to the Waycross campus recently for a campus tour and an update on legislative priorities for the College and the technical college system.

Thaxton also shared 2011 College highlights and plans for 2012, including renovations to the 300 building and plans for the Economic Development Training Center. Prior to the tour, President Thaxton thanked Representative Hatfield for supporting higher education and OTC throughout his legislative tenure.
