American Proteins Donates to OTC Foundation

Forsyth County business and civic leader Tommy Bagwell and his wife, Chantal, established a $500,000 Bagwell Family Scholarship Endowment in 2005 to provide scholarships for students attending technical colleges located near their family business locations. The family business, American Proteins, Inc., currently has three locations, including one in Alma, Georgia.

“We thank the Bagwells and American Proteins for their support of technical education, workforce development, and economic growth” said OTC President Gail Thaxton. The scholarship awards provided by these funds will help three deserving students meet their educational and career goals.”
