Reverse Raffle - $5,000 Grand Prize
What is a reverse raffle? Well, in a reverse raffle, the owner of the last ticket pulled wins the grand
prize. Tickets are pulled and eliminated until the final few tickets remain - the suspense is awesome.
There will be several prizes awarded along the way as tickets are pulled and eliminated.
Raffle Rules
1. Tickets will be drawn from a ticket tumbler or container one at a time beginning at 7 p.m.
2. Once a ticket is drawn from the ticket tumbler, it will be opened, announced, and eliminated from the drawing.
3. The names of the ticket holders drawn and eliminated are removed from the Participant Board.
4. Raffle ticket purchasers need not be present to win; however, each ticket must have a representative present. Purchasers may send an agent to act on their behalf.
5. Ticket holders or their agents must be present to participate in the decision-making process.
6. Any unsold tickets are property of the Okefenokee Technical College Foundation.
7. Four smaller cash prizes will be offered at the drawing of tickets 1, 25, 40, and 55. The smaller cash prizes may be refused by the ticket holder. In return, the drawn ticket will be returned to the ticket tumbler for another chance at the $5,000 grand prize.
8. In the event of controversy, the decision of the Okefenokee Technical College President will rule.
Ticket holders or their agents will be eligible for door prizes and games, as well.
