Program Description
The Certified Manufacturing Specialist program provides students
with knowledge about the manufacturing industry thereby producing
skilled employees for these types of businesses. Skills taught
have been derived from typical business requirements for existing
manufacturing employees and those entering the workforce.
Length of Program
The Certified Manufacturing Specialist program is often scheduled
to provide a workforce for new or expanding industry. Therefore
the length and dates of the program are established by the
office of economic development.

16 years of age or older
Education
High School Diploma or GED is not required.
