Program Description
The purpose of the Certified Construction Worker TCC is to meet
community and employment market needs for trained individuals
in the construction area.
Length of Program
Length of program varies with the student’s ability
to schedule classes.
Entrance Date
Students are accepted quarterly.

OTC Placement Exam
Age
16 years of age or older
Education
High School Diploma or GED is not required.
Advisor
An advisor should be consulted prior to enrolling in any course.
A program advisor will be assigned by admissions.
Salary Range
$11,500 to $15,000 annually
Job Market
Opportunities exist with construction companies, residential
builders, and mobile home industry.
Personal Traits Required
Important attributes for a certified construction worker are
good eyesight, manual dexterity, hand eye coordination, critical
thinking skills, problem solving, and the ability to apply
technology to the work environment.
