Program Description
Air Conditioning Repair Specialist is a technical certificate of credit program designed to provide basic training and/or retraining in the principles of air conditioning.

Program Length
A minimum of 26 credit hours is required for graduation.
A full time student should expect to complete requirements in 4 quarters.  

Salary Range
$8-10 per hour

Career Opportunities
Opportunities for employment exist in firms specializing in heating, air conditioning and refrigeration, and in large plants which maintain their own heating and air conditioning maintenance personnel.

Career Traits/Requirements
Mechanically inclined, self-motivated, good work ethic, good communication skills, and able to work with the public.
