Program Description
The Certified Customer Service Specialist program responds
to the needs of employers by providing the skills needed by
the highly skilled customer contact work force to effectively
interact with customers. Participants will be trained in the
basic technical and interpersonal skills required to perform
a wide variety of customer contact jobs.
Length of Program
The Certified Customer Service Specialist program is often
scheduled to provide a workforce for new or expanding businesses.
Therefore the length and dates of the program are established
by the office of economic development.
