Program Description
This technical certificate of credit program provides early
childhood care givers who have completed a minimum of 480
clock hours of working with young children, the knowledge,
skills, and techniques necessary to meet the specific needs
of children and families. The competencies are aligned with
existing Child Development diploma programs and the Child
Development Associate (CDA) from the Council for Professional
Recognition.
Length of Program
Length of program varies with the student’s ability
to schedule classes.
Entrance Date
Students are accepted quarterly.

Advisor
An advisor should be consulted prior to enrolling in any course.
A program advisor will be assigned by admissions.
Salary Range
$9,888 - $12,480 annually
