Program Description
The purpose of the Web Site Design Associate TCC is to provide
basic training in computer information systems web page design
for persons needing training in a brief amount of time. It
provides an educational goal for those whose ability to take
longer programs is limited by time pressure and economic necessity.
The objectives of the certificate are to introduce students
to the basic web page design concepts and to provide a basic
short-term academic credential with future program credit.
Length of Program
Length of program varies with the student’s ability
to schedule classes.
Entrance Date
Students are accepted quarterly.

OTC Placement Exam
Age
16 years of age or older
Education
High School Diploma or GED
Advisor
An advisor should be consulted prior to enrolling in any course.
A program advisor will be assigned by admissions.
Salary Range
$8 to $12 per hour

Persons who are interested in this field must be organized,
self-responsible, and be able to work alone as well as correspond

also requires an employee to constantly be up to date on the
newest technology trends in web site design.
