Okefenokee Technical College 2012-2013 Catalog
Up one level
Qualified high school students have an opportunity to articulate specified high school courses upon enrollment in Okefenokee Technical College. A qualified student is one who has successfully completed coursework where an articulation agreement has been established between Bacon, Brantley, Charlton, Clinch, Pierce, or Ware County school systems and OTC.
Articulated credit may be awarded for coursework completed under formal articulation agreements when established competencies have been achieved. Testing will be required to document attainment of required competencies. A grade of “AC” (A, B, or C) will be awarded. Articulated credit will not be included in the calculation of the student’s institutional grade point average (except for consideration of program admission into competitive admissions programs).
